Shipping Locations 

We presently offer delivery services to all pin codes within India. At this time, we regret that international shipping services are not available. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) starting from the date your order is confirmed. 

After your order has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary details related to your purchase. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our regular shipping service usually delivers orders within 3-8 business days, allowing you to receive your latest fashion selections without unnecessary delays. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment will be sent back to our warehouse. Customers can then contact us to arrange a re-delivery. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, you must inform our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic proof for verification. 

In the event that a shipment is lost during transit, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund after completing confirmation with the courier partner.
