Order Cancellation Before Shipment 

You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or prior to dispatch, whichever occurs first. 

To initiate a cancellation request, kindly get in touch with our customer support team through email. 

If your order qualifies for cancellation, the complete refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, after receiving the product, you may proceed with a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 

At present, we do not support changes to items or delivery addresses once an order has been successfully placed. In such cases, you must cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
